I started taking this to help increase my breastmilk output. I pump several times a day to ensure baby has milk while I’m at work and lately I’ve noticed I’m not making as much anymore. I bought this after hearing from a holistic doctor that it helps with not only producing more breastmilk but also to help regulate hormones. I can definitely say I’ve noticed an increase in breastmilk. After 24 hours of use I was engorged and my breast were rock hard. They’ve regulated back down now but the increased milk output stayed. I will continue to use this product.

My IBCLC recommended this to help with my milk supply after it dipped when I returned to work. Totally made a difference. I noticed a difference right away and the brand was recommended based on it’s quality. I have not tried other brands so I can’t compare but this was very effective in helping me regain my supply. I also really like it’s organic. I will continue to use this product for the remainder of my BF journey.

Well I was on my breastfeeding Journey I tried so many different supplements to help with production to keep up with my daughter’s appetite I found that taking this with Goats Rue was an extremely effective duo! My daughter was super colic so I couldn’t take anything that would make her gassy. The two together didn’t seem to transfer anything in the breastmilk that irritated her stomach which happened with alot of other herbal aids I tried.
