I needed some green agate beads for a 48″ “flapper style” necklace I wanted to create, and these beads, along with some sterling spacers, proved to be the perfect choice. While I’m sure they are dyed, there was zero colour bleed even after soaking in soapy water overnight. Based on that, I would expect the colour to remain vibrant over time and not dye my clothing green if I am wearing the beads during a rainstorm.
The agate is incredibly transparent, but enough beads display the telltale bands to convince me that they are indeed genuine agate. There’s some variation in the quality of the cutting, but the size is spot-on. They are beautiful, with generous holes for easy stringing (even on relatively thick Beadalon 49) , and I received the number of beads advertised.

The right size,Too many gems lately have not been the correct size. I am glad these where. Beautiful quality. Right amount. Arrived on time. I put in photo of a 6mm bracelet and you can see it is slightly bigger,Which it mean it is 8mm.

Update: Well, the beads are very pretty, but I am unable to use them. The holes are so small that I cannot string them on the stringing thread. It’s almost as if they are not completely drilled through. This is the 4mm beads only, the other sized beads are perfect.

Gorgeous an smaller then I thought. But the size misunderstanding was all on me. Color ranges beautifully through out the yellow variety then I know an love for the tigers eye. Very light an easy to string.
