Probably the best vitamin on the market at this price point. After reading some other reviews, I’m not sure what people are expecting in terms of results? It’s a multivitamin and is meant to support your system, it’s not a miracle pill lol. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for something to take in conjunction with a healthy diet to meet daily vitamin/mineral intake.

I have tried countless vitamins but I am picky! I love the 1 pill dose that gives the amount of vitamins and nutrients needed without feeling sick at my stomach. I search for high quality raw fermented food based vitamins for the best quality and these check all of my boxes. They are a tablet form to they do not stick together nor get stuck in my throat when swallowing them. I literally noticed a difference the very next day of taking them. I also love knowing that my body is actually absorbing the nutrients and not just passing through in my urine (that bright yellow color)…..there is none of that. I have more energy, I sleep better and just feel better overall when I take these vitamins. I know they are a little pricey but they are worth it, they last longer than 1 month and to me, you can not put a dollar sign on your health!

I don’t know what is in this but I have fibromyalgia and I have a lot of my pain is in my neck and jaw. I took this and within 2 hours the pain my neck and jaw was gone and so was the stiffness. I was taken by surprise. I often have fatigue as well as I wasn’t dealing with that! I was left very very surprised by this vitamin.

Very good. Pick me up better then coffee, great for those who are going through premenopause/menopause. Mood uplifted, easy to swallow even tho they are large pills. If you have small throat I would recomend it to brake it in half. If one or many came broken its still good to take, the packaging is great too, nothing came broken. I bought those before in person many many ages ago. Sure bought them broken, it doesnt mean they are bad, it depends how they are been handles in boxes. I used to work as a retailer so I know it is normal. Makes your day go positive not negative. Great to take on empty stomach.

Im a reluctant vitamin taker. Not only do I have several pills to take daily, in general I have just never been into the hype and certainly not the claims. This year after a series of health setbacks however, I was forced to reconsider, and after days of exhaustive research stumbled apon this brand and its options for women, specifically perimenapausal women and women over the age of 50. Ive been taking these vitamins for almost a year now and in that time have noticed a change in my skin, digestion, overall mood, and my blood work is now the best that it has EVER been. I found this brand locally a year ago and have used their workout recovery supplement and fell in love with this brand.
Decided to finish up my multivitamin and give this one a try. Definitely glad I did.
Every multi vitamin I’ve used in the past has made me nauseous so I would avoid taking it early in the morning.
But these are amazing. I’ve been taking it every morning with no nausea after at all and after a few weeks of taking it regularly I’m feeling more energetic.

5 stars. The biggest reason I like these is they don’t make my stomach feel weird. Some regular vitamins make me feel kinda nauseous, especially if I take them in the morning, but these have been totally fine for me.
I’ve even taken them on an empty stomach and didn’t feel sick or uncomfortable, which is a huge plus. It’s just one a day too, so it’s easy to keep up with.
Overall, really solid daily vitamin. Gentle on my stomach and easy to take — def would buy again.

I’m 33 & it seems like I’m always fighting feeling so tired & just “meh” all the time. I’m on this journey to find anything that helps. It’s always better to get your blood & hormones checked to confirm what you’re lacking in if any, but everything is money & sometimes you just don’t have the time. I’ve been on a hunt for a good vitamin that I wouldn’t dread or forget taking. Decided to try these & I genuinely like them. The pill isn’t huge but it’s also not super small. It’s manageable to swallow for me though. I take one every morning (it’s been 3 weeks roughly) & notice I feel a bit more awake & energized in the mornings. I don’t think that feeling lasts the entire day (I’m tired again by early afternoon 2-3ish already lol) but I am sleeping better at night too so I’d say it’s a pretty good choice to start with at least. I also don’t feel like puking after taking it. I have IBS & it doesn’t upset my stomach thankfully. I would repurchase if I don’t find another option to try.
