I’ve been using this hair, skin, and nail gummies and I can definitely say they’ve helped with my nails, they’re growing nicely. I’m not completely sure about the effects on my hair and skin yet, but overall it’s a good gummy for daily use.
They also taste really good, honestly a bit too good because once you take a couple, you keep wanting more. That’s actually why I ended up buying another bottle lol.
Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d give it 5 stars 🙂

I like the flavor of these gummies, and I can tell they are helping with my fingernails. They grow more than usual without splitting. I love the strawberry flavor. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because they tend to stick together in one big blob in the bottle. I have to shake the bottle up and down to know some loose each day. I have other gummies that do this, so it may just be something the manufacturer can’t control. Or it may be due to high humidity in my state. It won’t prevent me from taking them!

I am so thrilled with these hair, skin, and nail gummies! I just purchased my fourth bottle of these and they will continue to be a part of my routine.
I’ve noticed that my nails look healthier and are growing in fast! I’ve been dealing with hair loss due to a medication side effect and since adding in these gummies I’m actually starting to see little baby hairs starting to grow back! This is something you have to give some time though. I didn’t really see results until halfway through my second bottle.
I appreciate that these gummies aren’t made with an artificial sugar. They taste like a sweet strawberry treat and have a nice chew to them. They don’t bother my stomach and other brands have in the past.
I love that these are affordable and they have really helped me kickstart my hair growth journey. I highly recommend giving these a try!
