I bought this supplement not only for the beauty benefits, but just as a regular multivitamin which includes methylated B vitamins that I had been purchasing separately to increase absorption. I haven’t been taking these vitamins long enough to tell a difference in my hair/skin/nails but I have noticed drastically reduced PMS since I’ve started this supplement.
