You must eat a meal before taking them or the zinc will make you nauseous. Cut them in half because they are seriously huge. Drink lots of water throughout the day.
So my hair has been growing a little over a 1/4 inch every three weeks. My nails are also a lot stronger and my skin texture has improved. I started taking one a day because I didn’t have a big appetite to eat and take 2 a day. For the last three weeks I been taking 2 a day and eating twice a day and my hair has definitely benefited especially my nails. I just wish they weren’t so big and drying. Yes you can cut in it in half but nothing helps with the dry pill almost choking me out. I will still order since it doesn’t have biotin.
