My ring camera showed me getting into my car and I noticed I have a thinning spot on the back of my head; I was horrified. I already lost most of my hair due to health and genetic issues, that was heartbreaking enough. I tried some other things but found this on sale on Amazon and decided to try it. IT WORKS FOR ME. I can’t guarantee it works for everyone, but my hair has gotten much thicker over the past year of using this. The balding spot has been covered up completely, thank Goodness. My fingernails are no longer brittle, I’ve never bitten my nails, they just were too thin to keep from breaking. Now, they are fast growing and hard to break. That’s a gift at any age. I’m happy with this item. I was using the gummies and then read that the actual pill may work better for some people due to absorbing more evenly. The pills work great; the gummies work but not as well for my genetics. Amazon is actually the place I’ve found them at the best price during promotions. Some local and popular stores are dollars more.

All right so I’m giving these three stars because I just received them.
I just wanted to leave a review because I reviewed the biotin strawberry gummies from the same brand- I did not like the flavor so I put in for a return and I got these instead.
These smell to me, like nail polish remover or acetone, not really my favorite scent in the world however, they taste better than the prior biotin gummies strawberry flavored that I had purchased so that is a win in my book.
I do feel that the biotin ones were working, and I feel like these will probably work too, but I will be able to eat them so they will actually be working versus sitting in a plastic jar on my night stand. I will update in a few weeks.

I purchased these a few months ago and wanted to wait to leave a review after I’ve used it for some time. I would now say that I notice a positive difference in my nails, hair and skin since using these. It’s subtle, but it’s a difference. I notice the most difference in my nails. They are really strong now. My hair seems to have grown slightly more around the edges/temples and around my part line and it’s already time for a haircut. The gummy tastes great and I haven’t had any issues with digestion or side effects. I’m happy with it.

These would be good except that they are stuck together in one massive glob and I spentdseveral minutes every night trying to pick them apart, which is difficult because they are also pretty much stuck to the bottom of the bottle. I hate gummies but these have a nice taste. Too bad they are just mostly un-useable.

These gummies are effective and tasty. Being of a certain age hair, skin and nails change (not for the better). After a week of taking a gummy daily, I noticed that my nails were getting very brittle and splitting down the middle. I thought it was very odd because the gummies were supposed to help! On the flip side of that, my hair was feeling fuller and I noticed less fall in the shower. By the end of two weeks my nails were a mess, but my hair and eyelashes were better than I’d seen them in a very long time.
After a bit of research I realized that I wasn’t as low on Biotin as I’d thought and just needed to reduce my dose. I now only take 2 gummies per week (Sun and Thurs). I’m now 1+ month in and the nails have returned to normal but the hair and eyelashes are still doing wonderfully. I’ve gained nearly an inch of length in just a little over a month and my eyelashes, while not exactly thick and lush have gained a bit of length as well.
For reference, I’m not taking anything else for hair, skin and nails, just the gummies. At only 2 gummies per week, this bottle will last quite a while. They’re definitely not a miracle cure, but I’m so pleased with my results I’ll continue taking them.

After consistent use, I noticed my nails getting stronger and growing faster, and my skin looked a bit clearer. My hair growth improved slightly, but nothing dramatic. The only downside is that results take time and they may not work the same for everyone. Overall, they’re good for maintenance, just don’t expect overnight results.

I’m nearly done with the bottle. At first when I got it, the smell was a little and they stuck together. But after a while the smell was sweet and the taste sweeter. The reason why I purchased this product was because I had a little bald spot and I’m only 24 years old. I’ve been taking 2 everyday as it says on the bottle and the changes are noticeable. Not only did new hair grow in on my bald spot and shows a tuff of hair, but the hair growth on my face is also noticeable. My eyebrows are much bushier, which is what I expected when taking literal hair growth vitamins. My eyelashes are also getting longer. I feel so good and I no longer have to hide my bald spot because there IS NO bald spot. They’re easy to chew and easy to swallow. I don’t notice a change in energy though. But it is super effective if you give it some time. I’m actually about to purchase another bottle as I’m about to run out lol

I absolutely love these Gummies. I’ve been using them for about six months and I do notice a difference in my skin and my hair seems to finally be growing. The taste is wonderful. The only issue I had was that when I received them, they were kind of all club together in the bottle so you gotta work at separating them. I still give these a five star though.
