Pleasantly surprised at how much my skin has improved even after 2 weeks. My skin is smoother, brighter, and clearer, never expected the results to be as quick and so noticeable. Haven’t noticed an increase in energy yet, I’m just a four weeks in. I have no problem swallowing pills so I cannot about the ease of use though I did start out taking them exactly as noted but found taking one in the morning and one around lunchtime was better. So far, I am very pleased with this product and will order again.

I started researching NAD+ about a year ago and took another brand of NAD+ for about 6 months. After learning a little more about the research coming out and the bioavailability of NMN I decided to switch. Micro ingredients came especially recommended in comparison to other brands and I appreciate all the other added ingredients such as trans resveratrol and vit C. The CoQ10 and Astaxanthin are wonderful bonuses! I have been wanting to try both and only after 1 month of use have already seen some benefits. My husband and I can both see a little more pinkish tone to both our complexions, I contribute that to the astaxanthin. I would not call it a “natural tan” but most definitely gives a more healthy appearance. The amount of product in relation to costs compared to other brands is on point! Great value! I feel more willing to splurge on these products without feeling like I’m having to choose between health supplements and necessities. I feel quite a bit less foggy headed, which is one of my main reasons for wanting to try NMN. With several past serious head injuries and concussions, this is one portion of my health thay causes concern. I also work in a high energy financial field, so being apart daily is a necessity.
Comparatively, NMN seems to be much more easily absorbed by my body than the NAD+. I did not experience nearly as much benefits in the 6 months of taking NAD+ than I have in the 1 month of taking NMN. I’ve noticed my husbands energy levels have exploded. I’m not sure if that is due to differences in physiology between us, or just my tendency to exhaust myself. I like that micro ingredients products are clean sourced and have ordered another months supply for my husband and I. I even added in the micro ingredients astaxanthin to this order. So excited to get all these antioxidants and keep seeing results!

I’m currently in meno phase and TIRED. I also take so many vitamins , I mean 15 in the morning and 8 in the afternoon and then 10 at night.
Whenever I take this I feel energized, less anxious, plus better digestive and taking less supplements is great!
