I saw some videos online about the benefits and thought it would be worth a try. It’s been 3 weeks and I started doing those To-Do-List chores that have been on the list for like a year. So I’d say it definitely helps with energy and not in like a jittery caffeine way. I’m gonna buy it again when I run out just for the natural energy alone. Not sure about the rest of the claims yet. I’m a fan.

I’ve been taking these for about a week now and I’m already noticing a difference. One of the biggest things for me is reduced back discomfort—I feel less stiffness and more mobility throughout the day.
The softgels are easy to take, and I like that the dosage is 12mg, which is right in the effective range. So far, no side effects, and overall I feel better since adding this to my routine.
Too early to speak on long-term results, but first impressions are definitely positive. I’ll continue using them and update if anything changes.

This stuff works!! I have an autoimmune disease and my poor skin is so dry. Started getting age spots and skin started discoloration with some areas with white spots. Skin is not dry, dark spots are almost gone, white spots are disappearing and skin is more youthful looking. Also my eyes are not as dry. This claims to be the most potent antioxidant, from what I can see, it is!!! It’s a dark gel cap and easy to take with no taste. I have not had any digestive issues or side effects taking this. You take 1 tab a day and get 120 day supply at a reasonable price. I did notice my skin has a light tan which has caused my skin to look really radiant. Great stuff, will be purchasing more!!
