   I have a thyroid condition. There are items in some multiple vitamin supplements, like biotin, iron, and iodine, that are bad for a thyroid condition, especially biotin, which interferes with the blood tests to monitor the thyroid. I take a prescribed Vitamin D supplement separately. Nature’s Blend Super Antioxidant gives me vitamins A, C, E, and Selenium. I also take another supplement, Sundown B Complex, for my B vitamins which does not have biotin.
