However the flavor is not good at all. If you take it with just water just prepare yourself.
I mix mine with my protein shake in the morning and that does the trick. Still get a hint of it’s taste but it’s at least drinkable.
Other than thaylt, this product is amazing and the benefits are worth the bad taste.

I use to use a resin version of this that was more expensive and harder to deal with. I have not noticed any difference switching to this, and the powder is much easier to deal with then the resin. This is a hidden gem as far as supplements go. If you take this daily with Ashwaghanda you will notice a huge difference in how you feel.

Was concerned about it being powdered form. I had used the original (tar in a jar) version that is nearly 40$ for many many less servings. But I’ve been pleased with all the products I’ve bought from bulk supplements. So I gave it a try.
It’s a fine powder. Mixes great in coffee. However it has that same melted tar, burnt plastic dipped in iron ore flavor. But it works! So glad I gave it a try. Be advised not to add this to a whole cup of coffee unless you just have no taste buds or hate yourself.

Uhh maybe a good supplement but will not dissolve completely, even in my hot coffee. Sticky AF. Gets on everything and again is highly resistant to dissolving. Hated handling the stuff and through the bag out after trying for three weeks to work with it.
