I’ve always trusted Himilaya products, which is why I chose this particular shilajit. It arrived sealed in a box but, unfortunately, without the measuring spoon included. I had no way to tell how much I should use, so I didn’t use it at first. After many tries reaching out to both Himalaya and Amazon in order to get a replacement spoon, Amazon did finally help me out, thankfully, and I have been able to now use the shilajit. It’s very strong in its flavor, and kind of an acquired taste, but I really like it stirred into my coffee. I find that I have much more energy and look forward to using it every day. I feel that this is authentic shilajit and, like I said, I trust this brand.

It has a burnt plastic smell and seems extremely toxic for consumption. Ofcourse, these are very hard to review unless you are an expert and this is what the companies take advantage of. It definitely did not seem like a natural product even though the cow urine smell, dissolve test all match up. The burnt tire smell, the color seems off. Makes you very anxious if you are consuming something possibly extremely toxic. So, might cause more harm than any good
