Beautifully packaged. I don’t mind the taste at all. Not bad. I didn’t like the fact that there is no instructions on dosage included in packaging. I do see on Amazon In the listing it says 1-2 rice grain serving size for 10-14 days but it would’ve been nice to include with the product or on the bottle for easy reference. I feel that’s one of the most important things to put on the bottle itself. Also after 10-14 days what should the portion size be? Can you take too much? Also am I supposed to take on an empty stomach or with food. That seems like it would be pretty important as well

Update: been taking for months now. I feel happier, more energy and more focused. It does taste earthy but I look forward to drinking it now

After using shilajit for the past few years and trying different brands with the same out come, earthy tones from tastes to smells. This one has a smell of cow-patty’s and the taste is no better and I’m going back to my original. I’m here to say they are all different in taste, smell and quality. This brand says it’s organic and it is, because they are using cow dung, it’s the smell and taste, relatively the same. Since March 3rd I have been using a pea size amount once a day in my coffee like I have been since I started back in 2020. I was knocked off my feet when I opened the jar by the smell alone, and the taste is no better. I thought just get through the smell and you’ll be ok, Nope. As of March 28, 2026 @ 3:22 AM I’m done with this product and going back to my original that I started out with. I am a true believer of SHILAJIT. I cannot, and will not support, or give a good review for something that is literally just cow dung and I now have a stomach issue a that was caused by this product and documentation to back this up. Don’t buy.
I just tried to summit without a rating and you can’t. This product and brand does not deserve a rating and if I was to give one, it’s a -5 stars.
UPDATE: After writing this review I got an email from this company, stating they are going to give me a refund. I followed the steps for the refund just to see it was all a scam; I have yet to receive the refund. Please do not buy, this company as well as Amazon, does not care about their customers, it’s all about your money and how much they can take and take from all of us.

I’ve been taking Shilijit resin for quite a while, but I began to worry that what I was using wasn’t highest quality, so I paid more to get this. I noticed the difference right away. The smell is more deep-earth, and it seems to dissolve much faster than what I had been taking. I’ve only been taking it for a week but the effects are just what I want. Great recovery from exercise, better sense of calm. Many aches and pains seem to have vanished, including restless leg syndrome.

FEEDBACK: Having a screw on top is a problem. Once opened if the bottled is heated and tilted over time (travel day + flight) the resin can clog up the threads. Then it dries and it’s almost impossible to open it.
Happened once. Cleaned it. Then it happened again and I ended up having to use a hammer to break the lid to open it!
Screw tops with such a thick resin are just a bad idea. This is my 8 th bottle and not the first time this issue has occurred,

I bought the shilajit about a month ago, i wasn’t real sure what to expect when I got the bottle and opened it. The smell was awful and smelled like something you might find on a farm. However I tried it, 3 week later I’m over here telling everyone that is 40 and over to pick this up. Its absolutely night and day. Ive seen increase in energy and endurance. Running is easier and recovery quick. Also seems to help with mood. I highly recommend this product!!!

Okay so I have tried a number of brands of shilajit. Since this has leaked to the general public through the biohacking/health space a TON of people are just pumping these products with really low quality. There are a couple tests you can do to simply test the purity/solubility. Solubility is simple, you just put it in water and if it dissolves without any sediment, than technically “it passes”. I tried that with this brand and it was excellent, tasted earthy (as it should) in water. If you don’t like the natural taste you can easily mix it with tea and coffee. The real test however, is the purity test. It should ash up, and not show any “flames”. If it does it likely has additives or other heavy metals. When (a good clump) is held to the flame it should start to almost bubble and turn to ash. This is exactly what this did. Honestly very impressed with this product. Usually you can tell you’re getting more purity with a bit of a higher price (you get what you pay for) so when I purchased this, I was expecting it to be pure. 10 out of 10!

5 stars! There is a tendancy for it to get very hard, next to impossible to get out of the jar, so I went to the manufacturer’s site, where I found the process to soften it. What I did was to put the jar into some warm, not boiling water. The outside water was about 1/2 way up the jar and I put some warm inside the jar too, about 1-1/2 teaspoons for how much I had left. I let it sit for an hour or maybe longer. The water in the jar was absorbed into the resin, and it became much easier to scoop out.
I have been using this product for about 5 months, & I have felt a significant positive change in my body. It is strong smelling & tasting, but I disolve it in my coffee. It works great for me.
