Only about half of these were natural red coral, I accidentally washed them in my pocket and the red color washed off about half of them.

My first order of Malachite Tumbled Chips was a very pleasant surprise, They looked beautiful, and not only for jewelry making but if you wanted, you could wear the whole strand as a necklace. I ordered another Strand for my daughter and I was a bit disappointed. Not only were there a good few pieces which were sharp and unpolished or hardly polished, There were also a lot of paper thin pieces in between the pieces I was expecting. The 1st Strand had thin pieces also but not paper thin and they were nicely smooth out. The 2nd time around, some stones were so thin that few of them were crushed in shipping. Those paper thin pieces should not be included. They are useless, and that’s why I took away 1 star. I would still recommend that seller, though. I bought from this seller for the 3rd time, this time it was Lapis Lazuli Chips, and I am very happy with it.

This came quickly and was exactly as described. The green and purple colors were most prevalent, but some of the pieces were a beautiful pale blue. This made a wonderful piece of jewelry for my wife that she wears daily. She can be tough on jewelry, so I was originally worried about using fluorite because it’s so soft, but these stones have held up fantastically.

I have tourmaline that is beautiful. These are not the same quality. But can be used for making jewelry. The tourmaline of the best quality is expensive, and I paired it with pearls and made a beautiful necklace, bracelet, and earrings. These would make a nice piece of jewelry but not as colorful and the colors are not as vibrant.
They are going to be part of a set, that will be more casual.
Pearls would definitely be out of place in a piece like this one with raw stones.
However, this is my opinion, someone else may be able to put together a very unique design.

Now I understand that these are chips of all sizes, its the drill holes i have issues with. Some are so thin I can’t fit my hook through, some chips have multiple holes drilled into them. Then there are some that are next to the so then they just break and fall apart on me. They are really pretty. But I have to go through so many just to find each one that will actually work with me.
