Okay, now that I’ve been taking these for a months I can leave an honest review. I 24 female, sometimes struggle even when ready to go! If you get my drift. These!!! Are crazy insane, they work so well, I could tell within 2 weeks of taking them consistently but of course again, a month is a better time frame. No side effects, no issues with taking them on empty stomach or random times on different days. And they’re very tasty! Plus the packaging is super cute ☺️ I am re-upping!

These work so well!!! I have only taken them for five days but my boyfriend and I have noticed a huge (very slippery) difference in the last few days.

Welp, I guess I’m officially old enough to be slapped in the face (or, as in this case, other body parts) with the obvious changes that come with aging, most pertinently, a shift in the way I smell down there. It’s not a concerning or even “bad” smell, but it’s a change I found jarring and unwelcome nonetheless.
I’m still on the young side for perimenopause, but based on my family history, I suspect that’s the culprit behind this change, so I started looking into what I could do to potentially help counteract whatever shift in my hormones might be throwing off that chemistry, which sent me down a rabbit hole of supplements and probiotics. After feeling utterly overwhelmed by all of my very methodical, science-backed research, I hit a wall and just focused on reviews and hoped for the best when choosing a first solution to try. These Vital Source gummies were the winner, but I was honestly skeptical at best.
Just one week in though and I’m already wowed by the results. I would say there was a noticeable change after just the first few days and at the end of the first week of taking these gummies, I feel (and smell) like me again. I admittedly balked at the cost when I placed the initial order, but it’s absolutely worth $30 a month to feel like my body is *my body*.
The gummies taste pretty good (as long as you like pineapple) and they’re pretty big, but since they’re gummies they’re still easy to take, so there’s no downside there. I haven’t noticed any side effects. I’ll update my review if this assessment changes, but so far, I can’t think of a single reason not to recommend these to anyone who has a reason to be reading these reviews.

Okay I ordered this last night, they can today. I always wanted to try but was skeptical and then my homegirls said she had them and was on bag two and that was enough for me!! First of all they are delicious! I was really sad I only needed two a day! Secondly, I took them as soon as I got to them, about 3/3:30 then took a nap. I woke up from that nap around 5:00 to go get my daughter hopped in the car and got on the road. At first it was gas and then I had to clear my bowels !!!! For someone who suffers from constipation and can’t find any real solutions this was literally a blessing! Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated!!! I’m excited to see what these next few days have in store!!

I have had no digestive issues with product. Tastes great, good ingredients. Texture is just like a good quality gummy. Now for the big question, did it help the feminine health area? I think so no noticeable odors, increased moisture. I think it depends on the person and where they are in their health journey.
