They taste great and worked great… at first. I have IBS-C and this helped a lot with my constipation for the first few months, but gradually became less effective so I tried taking more, but then I got a metallic taste in my mouth and after Google-ing I found out you can take too much chromium 😅 I thought this batch might be less effective bc the last container I got was like stale? Even though it seemed sealed fine the gummies were stiff. This was a jar i bought at Walmart btw not from Amazon. I think it’s maybe best to not take it every day. It can also cause cramping and act similar to laxatives, but i thought it was just bc my IBS.

I take these first thing in the morning — sucking to dissolve them with a cup of warm tea. Keeps the hunger and cravings away for the better part of the morning. I’ll have to see how it works with helping to get my weight down. The flavor reminds me of the Jolly Rancher Sour Apple hard candies that came out when I was in junior high — LOVED them! Seem to help me with my morning work out (muscles not tiring so quickly), which is definitely a plus.

These taste amazing! I take one in the morning and I’ve noticed it’s cut my appetite. I have noticed a side effect that’s not so cute…gas. Maybe it’s just my body I’m not too sure. I haven’t noticed skin improvement with these but I take their skin vitamins so that could be part of the problem. These are obviously easier to swallow than a pill. Great value for your money and I have this on subscription! I love Olly!

I’ve been taking these for a few days now and I’ve noticed a huge increase in my energy level. But, one of the greatest improvements is in my appetite – I feel content after my meals and don’t want to snack as much. In fact, I feel I haven’t been snacking at all really. The taste of the gummies is great – I take these before eating breakfast and drinking my morning coffee. I feel it helps to start my day off on the right foot.

I’ve been using these gummies for a few weeks and really enjoy the apple flavor. They’re easy to take and make adding a supplement to my routine simple. I also like that they don’t have the typical vitamin aftertaste.
I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes, but they seem to help support my overall wellness when combined with healthy eating and exercise. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the bottle contained a month’s supply at the recommended serving size. Overall, a good product that tastes great and is convenient to use.

Taste is okay. Bought on subscribe and save so will let my current, third, bottle run down and then think about getting more. I’ve gone through two bottles so far (60 days each). These are also a little calorie heavy.

I have been taking these for a month, now, and absolutely love them. I was skeptical at first, because supplements like this tend not to do much for me in terms of energy, but I actually bought them in the hopes that they would help with my food cravings. On that score, they haven’t helped. But in terms of boosting energy, I have noticed a *significant* difference in my energy levels throughout the day. And I’m someone who suffers from bouts of almost debilitating fatigue at times, so this has been nothing short of a miracle. I just hope the effects continue.
The flavor is a delicious green apple, which I love and consider it a little “treat”. I am not finding the gummies to be too hard or too chewy, although they do take a minute or two to thoroughly chew. I take one chewy in the morning and one in the afternoon, and my energy levels stay consistent until bedtime. I will also add that, since I started to taking these, I’m finding that I’m sleeping better (could be a coincidence) and that I don’t wake up as groggy or with the “brain fog” that has plagued me for quite some time. Also, I can take a nap in the middle of the day (i’m retired) and these do not interfere with sleep OR make me feel too wiped-out for the rest of the day. In the past, even a short nap very often wiped me out for the rest of the day.
Although these are pricey, I feel they are worth every penny. I highly recommend these for anyone who feels as though they need a little boost throughout the day. I do wish they helped suppress appetite and cravings, but maybe I’ll stumble across something else for that.
