I use this ring because I have a knuckle injury and have to type every day at work. This ring really helps! I usually put it on in the morning and if I forget, I start feeling the pain after a while and it’s like, “Oh, I forgot my ring!” The ring is adjustable. If you have a bigger finger, there will be a gap and the ring won’t go all the way around your finger, but that doesn’t matter. It works just the same. There is a slight gap with the finger I use it on and it’s fine. I do recommend this ring if you have joint issues with your fingers.

Disappointing product. I got this because it says its resizable, but if you try to resize it even a little it’ll just become an oval. Only fits on my pinky finger without losing its shape.

Been wearing it for a couple weeks now, the ring is kinda cool but it’s too small for my hand which isn’t very big, I usually wear men’s gloves at large or Xtra Large.
It also got really black really fast ( couple days), not sure what’s causing it but a pain to clean I would imagine (didn’t try).
Took it off and not using it anymore.
If your hand is small enough and you don’t mind cleaning it all the time or it being blackish then I guess it’s a good purchase, otherwise not so great.
Not gonna comment on the healing / pain relief part, not why I bought it anyway.
