   This is a favorite kava of mine. Ive been drinking kava on and off for more than 3 yrs.

   I’m over a year sober. I wasn’t into alcohol, but I was really dependent on anxiety meds. I waited a full yr of being completely sober before I let myself drink Kava again.

   It doesn’t make me high or messed up, but for someone with anxiety and muscle spasms, kava really helps.

   I have a ton of instant and extracted kavas. But regular kava works the best for me when I have spasms.

   So far, this brand and type is a favorite. It has more complete properties than any extract I currently use. My body is very relaxed and pain free.

   If you want to get drunk or high- this isn’t what you should use. But if you want something that helps with body pain and anxiety- this is it!!

   Very good anesthetic qualities.

   I wanted to try something after reading the reviews for this one in particular, a couple mentioned it was instant powder and they took it accordingly; However, my bag had a lot of root fragments in it and I had to strain it. For what it’s worth.

   Very mild but I didn’t knead/strain it long, I’m used to the instant green Vanuatu in comparison that is stronger.

   Found this brand through a Kaba bar and love it. This kava feels great. It helps replace alcohol. No hangovers and also I drink it before a very stressful task and it helps some much!

   Edit: my 2nd order was not micronized so it must have been a mixup

   Superior Vanuatu Kava Powder

   I thought this was medium grind because of the kneading instructions but it’s not. It is micronized instant, ready to drink kava. There is no root fibers, so no reason to knead. It would just go through the strainer bag. In terms of quality, it is potent. Numbing and heady euphoric effect. 1 tablespoon with oatmilk and I am good for some time. My only complaint is the price. Would buy again when it is on sale.
