Definitely a decorative deck only due to the cards being so thin and flimsy, couldn’t use more then a few times and the cards couldn’t handle many shuffles or anything. There’s also really obvious spelling errors. Disappointing due to how pretty the cards and box actually are.

The card quality was very good, they’re a little smaller than my original deck so easier to shuffle. The pouch they come in is a very nice little feature. Of course I lost the book because it was so small, which is kind of a bummer.

I bought the gold on black tarot cards. they are made of plastic, which feels really strange at first, but they shuffle beautifully and after a couple of weeks they still look brand new – no creasing or bending. Came with a robust cardboard box. My box doesn’t have the spelling mistake of other reviews, instead it says “Let’s share the world of Tarot happily”. The card artwork is very nice, neat line drawings. The images aren’t as clear as the standard RWS because of the lack of colour and the way some elements of the image are blocked in gold, so I would probably not recommend these cards to a beginner – better choose the traditional RWS or the Modern Witch. But I”m really enjoying using them, I love the gold. Overall very happy. And shipping was fast.

It’s highly detailed, so it’s great for beginners, who might not know symbols or meanings off the top of their head. I already feel a connection to these cards, just holding them. The images and words on the cards are easy to see and read. And they are easy to shuffle despite being a large deck with large cards.

This deck is wonderful for beginners and experts! I have been into tarot for over a decade, and love how the cards come with normal and reversed keywords on each card, as well as yes/no/maybe, the charka, and astrological meaning of the card printed on the card as well. The cards shuffle very smoothly thanks to how thick and durable the cards are, and the included guidebook with interpretations of each card are a nice bonus as well. The carrying pouch is soft, velvety, and seems to be rather high quality too. Definitely worth it for everything included! This is becoming one of my favorite decks.

Having been 10 years away from anything to do with Tarot, I am more than a little rusty. So I decided to get one of these sort of “training wheels” type of decks to re-familiarize myself with the cards.
I’m very happy they are making these in a Rider Waite Smith version, which is one of the traditional decks, great for beginners. The quality of the cards themselves is very substantial, this is not thin cardstock, which, just to let people know, makes it not a good deck for riffle shuffling. There are videos on YouTube that instruct on ways to randomize the deck for use.
Continuing with what I do like, again, the quality of all the items in the kit: the slip box and the pink bag are both made with what looks like quality materials. I really like the small RWS pictures, the print of the meanings on the cardboard very readable, this deck is well printed.
On the whole, I’d say this is a deck I’d feel great giving as a gift to a young person or a Tarot newbie of any kind.
