I’ll start by saying I do recommend Yohimbine, specifically this brand, IF you have no blood pressure/heart issues. This is not a miracle product. This is not going to instantly fix months or years of bad diet and exercise. What it will do is help facilitate a quality diet and exercise plan/cut. Also, my experience this shines mostly as an appetite control supplement, while thermogenically/energy enhancement it’s only respectable.

Dosing:
Read up. Educate yourself. Then, do not start out at that level, but slightly below. For example, based off each pill, I would generally take 4 per dose. However, I started out conservatively and started at 2 each dose. This was a nice starting point for me and I had solid results, initially. I did eventually move to 4 per dose over a 2 week span of time but please start slowly because every single person is going to feel differently on any supplement.
When:
Don’t take this after a meal and don’t take this just before a meal. The sweet spot, for me is dose immediately in the morning while in a fasted state with 200mg of caffeine. Then, at the very least, avoid eating for AT LEAST another 1 and preferably 2 hours. Repeat as desired. Also, for optimal assistance with workouts, take it 20-30 minutes before your workout.
How it feels/side effects:
Everyone’s going to react differently to this. With that said, I generally feel slightly warm within 5-10 minutes of a dose, experience an increase in alertness, a general desire to move, a slightly elevated heart rate, an absolute instant lack of desire to eat, a slight increase in saliva presence in my mouth, and an increased desire to drink. I do not feel jittery or any manner of discomfort shared by others, other than I do urinate more frequently because obviously it makes me want to drink more.
Observed results:
Full disclosure, I EC stack daily and use Yohimbine in alternating doses. With that said, my results with this indicate that it’s a very strong option for appetite supression, good for approximately 125-150 additional calories burned a day, increased blood flow(if you’re using this for sexual enhancement. I’m male and it does have a slight effect), and respectable but not impressive effects as a thermogenic/energy facilitator.
In closing, again, people need to be realistic with any supplement. This is not going to on it’s own, even stacked alternated with EC, make you drop several pounds each week. What it will absolutely do is assist you in those goals and make it easier to accomplish those goals. Taken correctly, it almost assuredly curb your appetite and will definitely help you burn a bit more calories a day. Again, if you take it correctly, that may mean it can help you eat maybe one less meal a day or smaller meals, thus accounting for a cut of 300-500 calories. Combine that with slight energy increases and it’s overall thermogenic capabilities and you may achieve between a 700-800 deficit, like I have (observed over multiple cycles, averaged out). Again, it may do that for you IF you take it correctly AND your diet and exercise are in order. In short, if you are serious about your goals and disciplined, I feel very confident recommending this as part of your overall approach.

Update: I lost 3lbs over the course of two weeks of using this product, from being able to eat less–I can’t say it helps in actually burning fat other than just helping cut down on consumption. Since I’m not obese, that’s pretty good, also considering I usually eat whatever I want on Saturdays sometimes Sundays and also partake in alcohol. I also have had “loose stool” every day since starting it. I’m not sure if this is a common effect but it coincides with when I started taking it.
Original: I can’t believe how quickly this seems to work; it was instantaneous. My BMI is around 25 so I could afford to lose a few pounds but it’s hard because I have to toddlers who like to snack and don’t eat all their meals. I’ve been looking for something to successfully curb my appetite and have found some things but I still have that food noise.
Yesterday, I didn’t realize this had come while I was at work so I took a walk in the evening as usual and found the package when I got back in and took one pill (2.5mg) to see if it helped with cravings since evenings are peak when my kids are eating. I did not snack at all! I didn’t even want to! I considered not eating anything at all but chose to have a small dinner because this is less effective when you have an insulin response, and I wanted to decrease effectiveness so I could sleep.
I took one again this morning and am not starving before lunch like I usually am (I fast until noon every day). I am excited to continue this and maybe work my way up to 15mg which would be the dose at my weight.
I did not necessarily see any increase in energy on just 2.5mg but I got it mainly for the appetite suppression, and am happy so far.

I am pleased so far after about ten days. I am a senior woman that experienced no bad side effects with a 7.5 mg dose
I am doing much better after a few days of taking this supplement. I definitely have more endurance at the gym. I can carry heavier weights and even my balance is better. I am up to a weight of 70 lbs on the vertical chest machine which I find to be hard to do usually.
Today I was able to do 3 rounds of 60 ft bear crawls much faster than usual. I did over 150 jumping Jacks total. It was a personal best.
I find that I have less anxiety when trying out a move I never did before. I just hope this lasts for a long time.
Sets that I usually dread like lunges and even push ups don’t seem as bad. I hope to be in better shape by the end of the year.
I held my own with women as young as 28 in today’s workout group. I am happy with this purchase so far.
(I am not using this for weight loss but I hope to be more toned with the extra efforts I can do.)

I used this product as a weight loss supplement. I took it in a fasted state (16-8 fast method) in the morning, worked out approximately 30 minutes after ingestion, and didn’t ingest caffeine (1 cup black tea) for at least 7 more hours after taking a dose. The initial “rush” was very strong: I felt very energized, and just generally amped. My heart began racing about 30 minutes after ingestion, and continued throughout the day. I spent 2 weeks slowly increasing my dose; week 1 was fine, but I could not endure a suggested full dose for my weight. On day 14, while I didn’t have a full anxiety attack, I was uncomfortable, sweaty, and had anxious thoughts that began about 1 hour after ingestion and persisted throughout the day. I had to take a walk outside and talk to someone in order to calm down. I do not have an anxiety disorder, and I still had this reaction to a full dose. I also checked my blood pressure on day 14, which was alarmingly high (this persisted for about 2 weeks after stopping the supplement). I stopped taking this supplement because it wasn’t for me, but it was clearly potent and does what it claims to do. I lost approximately an extra pound per week above my average weekly weight loss, but the side effects after barely making it to a full dose were not worth it. I imagine that the extra weight loss was due to a combination of this supplement’s fat-burning properties, a restricted fasting schedule, and consistent exercise, 2/3 of which I have achieved without this supplement.

I’ve been using this brand for years. As long as I eat, it doesn’t make me feel bad. It will make me hot and my HR raises, which helps me burn more calories during a workout. It really helps me keep my appetite under control, which is the main reason in taking it. HOWEVER, I have finally put 1+1 together and discovered that it is the reason my nose runs all the time. I do not have that problem when I don’t take it. Tested many, many times and it’s def the Yohimbine. Disappointing, but for the most part, it’s worth it to me to keep control over my eating & the extra calorie burn. I may try other brands going forward to see if it makes a difference.

This supplement actually burns fat. Not just on a scale but I’ve had 5 remaining pounds which wasn’t a problem: the problem was my stomach was sticking out and I looked awful. With this supplement in a month I completely melted off fat from my abdomen: lo and behold I had 6 pack underneath it. I have to say it happened very suddenly- not gradually like with traditional fat loss. One day I woke up and my huge stomach was just gone! Which was shocking and I took tons of pictures and videos. Remember to calculate the dosage according to your weight, and then count 2 hours after your last meal before taking it. It has to be taken on empty stomach (fasted state for at least 2 hrs), or it won’t work. Immediately head to the gym and do High intensity workout or cardio. This pill didn’t cause any jitters , heart palpitations, stomach upsets- nothing. When I took my pills I felt absolutely nothing, and so did my 60 years old mother: it was just like taking nothing. No effect, but you have to have faith because these babies actually melt off fat from your most stubborn, impossible to rid of places. I’m a huge believer in this product and swear by it. More effective than anything I’ve tried – frankly I’ve tried everything, acetyl carnitine, garcinia Cambogia, hydroxycut, fasting only caused me to binge. This is the only thing that worked and I only wish I discovered it sooner! This thing works really fast. A+++
