I then went to the recommended dosage of 2 pills per day which I did one at breakfast, and one at dinner, after 90 days, no change in blood pressure.
I then tried 2 pills with breakfast, after 90 days, still no change in blood pressure.
Being 240lbs, I decided to try 1 pill 3x a day(1.5x recommended dosage) breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Unfortunately, work life changed at the same time so I cannot really tell if the changes that came about are do to product, the work changes, or combination of both….

WowWee—after taking this supplement for a few weeks, my BP went down! I could not believe my eyes and the consistency. I have a healthy lifestyle before taken these vits—but my BP ran a bit high (8/22/25) 144/88. Now since 9/7/25 to this date of 9/29/25 the average BP has been approximately 120/76. Be patient!

We take these, along with Hawthorne and found our blood pressure is doing really well. We have had no issues with this supplement at all, no side effects whatsoever. Good price and fast shipping. We have not noticed any aftertaste from these either. It is nice to have supplements that are made from all natural ingredients, as well. Very happy with this product.
