Love the stone itself, but the the person that cut this tower needs to go back to school. The top is much wider than the base and the cuts r extremely off. The result is it’s so wobbly I would have to prop it up on the right side w/ a bookend or place several polish squares under the 1 side. If I turned the ceiling fan on high it would knock it over. I am going to ask for a replacement and hope for the best. I purchased a sunburst tower from them previously. Again, beautiful stone. This 1 is only slightly off kilter and able to stand freely.
Update: when I tried to do a replacement it said I would receive my replacement Pietersite in June of 2029. WHAT? Like Im gonna wait. I just went to the site and its showing 2 available in this size but the other sizes r available so I ordered the next sz up.
Update: I received my new Petersite and it’s beautiful w/ great cuts. The way they pack and ship is phenomenal but I really wish they would place some wax on the tip since its vulnerable, even in the wrapping.
Update: get this, I received a notice the next day that the original Tower I tried to replace but wouldn’t b avail til 2029? They gave a new shipment date for within a wk. R they kidding me? So I did a replacement request which they said coudn’t b fulfilled till 2029. So I placed a diff order for 1 sz up, and when I went to change the replacement request to a return there was a new msg that I could receive a replacement within the next wk. So now I have 2 towers I have to return since I have to send back the original stone and the replacement when I get it cuz I ordered the larger sz. Wish someone would get a little organized. The 1 I received is beautiful so won’t get too pissy.
