Amazing alternative to expensive coffee every day! Zero crash and genuinely keeps me energized all day for only 137mg. However both my dad and I noticed at random points throughout the day we get a few seconds of heart palpitations. I get it about 4-5 times a day. They work okay. Definitely can tell you took 100 mg of caffeine. But I must add that if you have a sensitive belly, these can mess your digestive system up. They didn’t bother me (I have a strong gut), but my husband has crohns disease and they made him ill. Cramps, digestive pain, etc. I eventually decided to open the capsules and dump some of the powder out. Like 1/3 to 1/2. They work better when its less than 100 mg that just feels like too much. Probably wont purchase these again but they aren’t the worst thing in the world either. They definitely did a good job making them more of an extended release caffeine supplement. Just wanted to warn others but if you aren’t sensitive then these are probably fine for you! They saved me during a long layover at the airport.

The tablets are not too big and theyre easy to swallow, to each their own though!

I am obsessed with this product! It tremendously kills my appetite which is amazing. I was taking prescription Phentermine for weight loss up until Covid. I have never found anything since to compare it with. This pretty much does. Without all the side effects. Secondly, it oddly enough -and I dont know how- improves my mood. I feel good. I feel happier. My minds in happy mode. Strangest thing ever because its a caffeine pill. I cant explain it! Thirdly, it has not affected my sleep in any way. I take it as soon as I get up and by 9/10pm Im able to go to bed no problem which is also awesome. Fourthly- I have a slight energy increase throughout the day. Its not speedy Gonzales but rather a mild energy boost thats with me most the day. Being I work 55 hrs a week this product has changed my life. Im also down almost 5 pounds in under two weeks! Im not sure if thats due to the energy boost or the no appetite but I dont care, whatever it is -IM IN LOVE WITH THIS PRODUCT! Ive told anyone who will listen about it. I usually cant even take caffeine pills. They upset my stomach. But this has zero affect on my tummy. I hope it works like this for everyone! But each body is different. I have bought multiple bottles so I have one where ever Im at. Work, home, camp, my truck, my daughters house- I dont ever want to be without them lol. I’m three weeks into using Genius Caffeine, stacked with Genius Pre as a pre-workout supplement. Note, I’ve NEVER used a supplement other than a cup of coffee before a workout before, so this is all new. I’ve been an athlete all my life – former professional ballet dancer, a recovering competitive marathoner (blew my hamstring), and recently started lifting pretty seriously. I’m also the mom of 3 girls (two teens and a 2nd grader) and work in sports medicine industry.
