I don’t think anyone will love the flavor but it’s not that bad. It has a little bit of a medicine flavor and it’s such a small amount of liquid that it’s over quick then I take a sip of coffee or tea. it’s not a lingering flavor.
Before I purchased it I went online foe some research as I do with most things I’m considering purchasing. I learned there are a few different types of Ginseng and each are used for different effects. This type is taken for a boost in energy levels which some people take up to two weeks to achieve a noticeable level added energy. I didn’t have high hopes of feeling an increase in energy but I got a happy surprise. I’m a 64 year old women with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It’s dormant for many years buy when it does surface it’s almost completely debilitating literally stealing all my energy and leaving me camped out on the sofa not even having the energy or the want to even change the channel on the TV with a remote. i actually got a Smart TV with Alexa so I could verbally change channels. I have missed many meals from not having energy to go to the kitchen. It’s the most life changing thing that has ever happened to me. I’m used to being very active to the point that family and friends would tell me to take a break and sit down. I’m guessing in hind sight that my energy level was just plain annoying. Having gone from that level of energy to zero energy can be devastating. Up to the point that a friend told me about the effect this type of Ginseng was having on his energy level I had tried every so called energy booster I could find. And there were many. I decided to give this Ginseng a try. I didn’t expect to experience any difference and if there was going to be any it probably wouldn’t be for at least two weeks. well, I’ve gotta say I was impressed. The very first day I tried that small not tasty bottle of brown liquid within an hour I was off the sofa cleaning my kitchen. I don’t want to inflate it’s effect on me because it’s no miracle drug. It did however give me enough energy to actually feel a sense of that I might be able to become a member of the outside world of the living again.
This stuff actually works for me. Everyone is different so I can’t say for sure that it will work for you but I encourage you to at least give it a shot and I hope you are as pleasantly surprised as I was. I usually take one bottle a day but if I’m having a long day or need to do things strenuous or a lot of walking I’ll take one then carry another with me and use it later in the day. One to two are recommended per day but not at the same time.

This is a wonderful product. Once you figure out how to easily get the tiny straw into the bottle (I have been using a metal skewer), you are home free.
I have been taking the ginseng every morning for 3 weeks now, and a few times in the early afternoon also. The taste is fine, one big sip and it’s gone. And I cannot believe how much better I feel!! I am even sleeping for 6 hours in a row without waking! What a blessing for me at 77 years old! (You know I hear those old people don’t sleep well at night).

I started to enter menopause and the hot flashes were driving me crazy! Â I read and read seeking something other than hormone therapy. Panax ginsing was the one thing that kept popping up.Â
I have taken this religiously for over 6 months and hot flashes are so few and far between.Â
I read that you should take one a day (in the morning on an empty stomach) for 4 weeks and then take 10 days off- that is the schedule I use. The reasoning is that your body becomes accustomed to the ginsing and it becomes less effective.
Flavor- I’ve tried another brand (I bought one in slim packs to take w me on travel) and that’s when I realized how much better these are than most. The liquid is mixed w a small amount of honey so it’s not as bitter as it would normally be. It has an earthy sort of rooty flavor but really very tolerable.
Packaging- I’ve never had a problem w broken bottles but I do live within 10 miles of the Charlotte warehouse so I’m sure that helps.
The bottles have a medical type top that you pop the lid off and poke a tiny straw through to drink the ginsing. Pretty simple but sometimes putting the little straws in can be a bit annoying. I find that using a napkin between my thumb and the straw helps give me the extra force needed to puncture the membrane.
My hubby is thankful I don’t have my crazy flashes and I am happy it’s not another pill to swallow.Â

My order was for two boxes with 30 vials in each one. That’s what I got, though the boxes were quite a bit smaller than those of earlier orders. It’s all good, though. The ginseng was just the same and very good.
