This tastes like dried grass, straw, and/or possibly hay. I had to mix it with apple cider in order to drink it. However, I feel like it really helped my hot flashes and, possibly my mental clarity. Either way, it definitely feels like self-care in a health-store sort of way. I definitely would recommend it.
