   I ended up throwing out the whole container because there is something wrong with the capsules. As soon as they hit your tongue they taste like rotten fish and it takes a while to get rid of the aftertaste. That made me nervous to consume any more, so I tossed out the rest.

   I first used Garcinia Cambogia more than a a decade ago & immediately dropped 3 sizes with no diet or exercise. So when perimenopause hit & I packed on 50 lbs I knew I needed help. This stuff is phenomenal. It works! Granted at my age, exercise IS now necessary but that’s ok. Need help getting started? Try this one.

   I finally finished the whole bottle. With exercise, diet, apple cider vingear either straight from the bottle or in pill form, and prayer, I lost about 20 pounds over the course of 2 months of taking this product. I took 3 a day. Sometimes I took them 5 hours apart and other times I would take 2 at a time never going over 3 a day. You will not lose weight just by taking one a day per the instructions. The HCA is way to low. Average similar products is around 1500mg to 1800mg a day. It does an excellent job curving your appetite. Gives a boost of energy. I honestly dont think this is the best product out there in this version but if you need help feeling less hungry this is the way to go. As far as weight loss, this is not it. I worked out 30 minutes to 1 hour and a half everyday; my steps were about 5,000 to 7,000 daily and I only ate 1-2 meals daily. I am also taking levothyroxine daily so those with thyroid issues, this did not affect me. I think it helped in a way to get me out of the fatigue haze. My endocrinologist wasnt sure if I could take it so I decided to take it. I did not feel jittery. I had more anxiety prior taking it than I do now. So it has helped me and hopefully this will be helpful to those who are wondering. I researched for a while and found that there was no interactions so I decided to take a leap of faith and I’m glad I did. I took my LEVO in the morning and waited 4 hours to start the garacinia. 2 -4 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar a day or 2 apple cider gummies; 4 hours after LEVO. Hope this helps!

   I was skeptical to try this product just because the price point was so much lower than other similar items I’ve used in the past and there is no HCA content listed on the bottle.

   Customer service quickly provided me with COA showing the HCA content as well as tests for heavy metals, ect. This is as good as anything you can get on Amazon at a fraction of the price.

   Fantastic company, will be buying from them going forward.

   I’ve been taking these for about 1.5 weeks and at first I was only taking 1 like it suggests. I felt nothing for the first 5 days then decided to take 2 and when I tell you I felt it work that day I continued to take 2/day. I take them in the morning and it helps with hunger because I don’t eat all day until night. I work second shift so this has been working for me and my schedule. I do get a little more thirst than usual but that’s a plus because I normally don’t drink hardly anything anyways. I can already tell my tummy has gone down and my clothes are fitting better. I’ve been having a hard time losing the baby weight and these really are helping since I don’t snack all day anymore. 10/10!

   I take one of these around noon every day, and they really work for curbing my appetite for afternoon snacking. I’ve been using these for years, and they’re a great price for 200 capsules. They can be a bit dusty from the powder in the container, but I just rinse off my hand after I take one.

   I love using Garcinia Gamboga. It sure curbs your appetite – makes you feel less hungry.
   Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight or maintain their current weight.
   My dog is overweight, older dog and mainly wants to sit and lay around.
   I open one of these capsules and sprinkle the powder on the vegetable mix that I prepare for her each AM. and mix it in.
   I notice she’s NOT as prone to just graze on her dry food all day long.
