I have been wanting to try this for awhile but hesitant to. I took one before lunch hours ago and I have been feeling WEIRD ever since, like my gut is full of some solid thing I will never digest. I don’t like it. I was just reading a site online that says to beware of brands that are not at least 60% HCA, and ones that include calcium. This one has 50% HCA and contains calcium. I do feel the mood enhancing effects it is supposed to have, increased serotonin. I feel like I’m a little bit high. I will not be continuing to take this product.
