As a man in my 50s, I was looking for a multivitamin that is easy to take every day. The smaller tablet size makes it much easier to swallow compared to other vitamins. I also feel like it’s a good way to supplement the nutrients I may not get enough of from meals. So far, I’m satisfied with this product.

I purchased this 325 tablets Centrum minus Adults 50+. It was delivered on 22 Dec 2023 but it carries an expiry date of 4/24 .
Which means I only have 120 days (assuming generously that expiry is at the end of Apr). Which means nearly 2/3 of the pills have to be thrown away.

Some vitamins upset my stomach but these are small and easy to swallow. No stomach problems and a quality vitamin for seniors
