Bought them on a whim to see if it would help me with interstitial cystitis. After reading online some people suggested this tea and I’m very glad I tried it. After only 4 days of drinking this my symptoms are so much more manageable.

Well I love the mild flavor and I had but only two cups around 7-8pm. And great packaging.
I cannot speak to the effects on calming my bladder (some say it helps coat the lining) which is in part why I tried this tea. But unfortunately I woke up dehydrated. Seriously all the signs of dehydration along with chills and stiff muscles with achiness. This is the only thing I changed. I looked this effect up and yep it can cause this:
Yes, it is possible to experience dehydration or feel dehydrated when consuming marshmallow root or leaf tea, primarily because it acts as a mild diuretic. While it is generally considered safe and hydrating for tissues, its diuretic effect can increase urine flow and flush excess fluids from the body, particularly if consumed in high amounts or if you are not drinking enough fluids.
I do drink plenty of water everyday so I was surprised to see the mild diuretic was more than that for me.
Not sure I can get my money back since package is opened. I only used two tea bags.
Package is a nice resealable pouch. Reminds you to recycle too!
I likely won’t be drinking anymore tea as instead of calming my bladder it has increased my frequency the next day like a diuretic would.
Please read up on these side effects so you are fully aware.

My husband & I have 5 kids from ages 14 to 23. We’ve bought this exact tea for any cough, for years. Now I won’t be without two boxes: one open, and one new for backup in case we run out.
This is the most soothing tea for any cough, including seasonal/pollen, or bugs.
The flavor is very mild & easy to drink as is, or add honey or your choice of sweetener or even add vanilla extract.

As I have strong acid reflux, it causes me post nasal drip and unfortunately causes my throat to become very stratchy/irritated. I tried my first cup of this last night with a spoon of honey, and problem solved 15 minutes later. Acts very well as an anti-inflammatory and even assisted me in a good night’s sleep. Flavour is very minimal but earthy. I would definitely recommend this tea for those seeking reflux relief, sleep aid without chamomile, or anyone who enjoys herbal tea and is looking for something new

This is a great tea for calming down an irritated bladder. I usually use one tea bag for at least 4-5 mugs before discarding as the tea is strong and even a tiny amount does the job. If you drink this regularly it may have a diuretic effect, I have found that drinking the tea for a few days running makes me go to the toilet more than I usually do so if that happens cut back and only use when you feel your bladder is irritated. Otherwise a great buy and well worth keeping in the cupboard for those annoying bladder days !

Nice to be able to get this in tea bags so I can take them out with me. Possibly a bit weak.

I bought this gentle, caffeine-free tea and I found it perfect for calming my digestive system and soothing my throa. It also has a surprisingly enjoyable smooth, mellow flavor. I have been brewing one bag in boiling water for about 8 minutes (as recommended), and I usually get a light green infusion that tastes somewhere between chamomile and green tea. I am happy so far!

Excellent quality tea bags with good packaging. Really happy to find this tea in the Middle East. Would recommend buying for throat issues or just to relax with something different.

Six years ago, I heard about the health benefits of marshmallow leaf & root tea. What I love most about this brand is the subtle taste and healing powers. I personally believe the herb marshmallow root is soothing for those suffering digestive disorders, especially related to being gluten sensitive, having Celiac Disease, Leaky Gut Syndrome, stomach ulcers, chronic constipation, or any form of inflammation. In addition, anyone battling Interstitial Cystitis, the marshmallow root tea can be a godsend. I recommend drinking this tea in the morning and afternoon. Be aware in advance that it can promote increased urination because it has a diuretic effect, in case you don’t want to be running to the bathroom at night. Marshmallow root has been around for centuries, which contains anti-inflammatory properties. Marshmallow leaf and root are used for pain and swelling of the mucous membranes that line the respiratory tract. This tea is very soothing for coughs, colds, the flu, inflammation of the lining of the stomach, ulcers, urinary tract infections, IC, heartburn, kidney stones, ulcerative colitis, and much more. Truly, this soothing and healing tea is for everyone!

works very well if you have an upset stomach! Just follow the instructions for therapeutic use. If you have more intense stomach problems I recommend pairing with DGL chewable tablets.
