My Dr recommended I try this to help my IC pain and it’s been pretty helpful.
The tea needs to steep for 8-10 minutes and I recommend you put some honey in it, otherwise it’s pretty pungently sour.
It’s helped my IC symptoms and this company packages their product in a resealable bag that protects it from light, so it keeps it fresh longer.

It’s not cut as small as I had hoped. It was hard to get enough into a tea ball. I tried cutting it with a scissors but it was too woody. But it was nutritious and helped lower my A1C.
