I have been taking the Blueprint Bryan Johnson Advanced Antioxidant Supplement for about a year, and my experience with it has been very positive.
For several years, the macular degeneration in my right eye, including the buildup of fatty deposits, had been slowly progressing. Since I started taking this supplement consistently, the progression has stopped and my eye has remained stable during follow-up monitoring. That is the main reason I continue to purchase it.
Before trying this product, I had used generic lutein and zeaxanthin supplements without seeing much of a difference. This formula contains lutein and zeaxanthin along with lycopene and vitamins K1 and K2, and it seems to work much better for me than the simpler supplements I tried previously.
The capsules are easy to take, and I like that several important ingredients are combined into one product. I have also had no issues taking them consistently over the past year.
The main downside is the price. It is definitely more expensive than standard eye-health supplements, and I wish it were more affordable. However, based on the stability I have seen in my right eye since starting it, I believe it has been worth the cost. I would rather pay more for a product that appears to be helping than continue buying cheaper supplements that did not produce the same results for me.
Everyone’s experience may be different, but this is one supplement I plan to keep using. After trying generic alternatives without much success, I am very happy that I found this formula.

I wanted to like Blueprint’s Advanced Antioxidant Supplement, but after using it consistently, I did not notice any meaningful improvement in my vision, energy, general health, or overall well-being.
The formula includes familiar ingredients such as lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene, vitamin K1, and K2, but the product feels more like a collection of marketable longevity ingredients than something clearly differentiated or especially effective. Many of these nutrients are already available through food or less expensive supplements.
My biggest issue is the lack of meaningful transparency. Listing ingredients and dosages is not the same as showing convincing evidence that this exact formula produces noticeable benefits. The branding leans heavily on Bryan Johnson’s image, longevity lifestyle, and the Blueprint name, but there is not enough explanation of why this particular combination is superior to competing products.
It also feels designed for the mass wellness market: polished packaging, ambitious health claims, and plenty of longevity language, but little that made the product feel exceptional in real-world use.
For me, the results did not justify the price. I felt like I was paying more for the Blueprint brand and marketing story than for a uniquely effective supplement. I would rather purchase the individual ingredients from established supplement companies with clearer testing information and better value.

h pylori infection… only reason not feeling effects of ferritin @ 4 is blueprint supplements and diet. i would recommend this and essentials product from blueprint.
