The Blueprint of Tarot: A System for Seeing Design, Not Divination
The Blueprint of Tarot is a living map, a system for reading cards not as predictions, but as coordinates of consciousness. Each of the seventy-eight cards becomes a piece of circuitry inside a larger design. The Major Arcana are the gates, thresholds every soul must pass through. The Minor Arcana are the nervous system of daily life, showing the patterns of thought, feeling, action, and matter. The Court Cards reveal how energy matures from spark to mastery, repeating in cycles through every element.
This book is both manual and mirror. It strips tarot to its hidden skeleton, showing the architecture beneath the images. Every card is not just meaning, but a coordinate. Every coordinate is not just symbol, but a key. Together they map the repeating loops that script relationships, choices, failures, and transformations.
You will not find fortune telling here. You will find design. You will find the pattern that underlies life itself. This book teaches you to track the blueprint of your story, to see the architecture you are moving through, and to interrupt, rewrite, or embody it with awareness.
To open this book is to step into a system. The cards are not explained from the outside, but entered from within. Each one charges the body, rewires the mind, and confronts the soul. The Blueprint of Tarot is both map and portal, revealing the coordinates of human experience and inviting you to step into the design of your own becoming.
The Blueprint of Tarot is written as a companion to The Blueprint, carrying its theory of consciousness into the structure of tarot. Where The Blueprint gives the map of the soul’s descent and ascent, this book gives the coordinates. Together, they create a system for seeing life as design, decoding experience, and remembering the architecture within.

Another amazing book in Ashley’s series. After many years away from tarot, the instability of my current life called me to return. Originally, I was just a member of her YouTube channel The Reckoning Co., waiting for weekly members only readings gathering the confidence to trust my own instincts while reading tarot. [While there I have met a community of supportive people, many going through similar challenges. I Look forward to seeing my friends and seeing updates in their lives.] If anyone is on a similar path of gaining tarot reading skills (which if you were led to this book and am reading this review, I can assume this is true) this book will not disappoint. The book is easy to understand, explains the cards and how it affects your life. Ashley has a gift at tarot reading along with teaching how to understand yourself better. She has created my favorite decks from “Sacred Woundings”, “The Missing Variables”, “Faith over Feelings”, “Whispers of the Unsolved” and now “Echoes of the Unsolved”. (sorry if I missed any. btw. some of these also come in mini-sized!) She has authored multiple books, including this book which is the 2nd in a 3-part. series. As if that isn’t enough, she has gifted us a podcast called “Humans for Humanity”!!

I purchased all 3 books in this series and I am still working my way through book 1- which is EYEOPENING and great. I have skimmed through this second book and done a few card pulls to see what comes up. Surprisingly, the messages seem to be on point for me, for the changes I am working through right now. I think this is going to take awhile, even though I read it and journal every day. This is not a quick read, or a fluff piece. This is the REAL THING for someone who wants a REAL CHANGE. I have been in limbo way too long. I have prided myself on my STOICISM and now realize I have been my own worst enemy. I have lots to learn, and a long way to go, but already I am feeling some changes. Thank You Ashley, for breaking this down in a way I can understand and work with. It may take me a year to unpack everything my stoicism has successfully blocked, but I am on my way. If you are looking for a total change, please read these books.

Clear, concise, well-thought out and well-written detailed guide book about the deeper meaning and subtle patterns of tarot. This is far the most powerful resource book I have ever seen written on tarot. It goes far beyond giving a general meaning of each card. It can be utilized by a beginning reader or the most experienced tarot reader. It can be read page by page or in individual paragraphs. This book is chock full of gold nuggets of wisdom and insight.
I suggest reading this book in conjunction with Ashley’s companion books, The Blueprint and Crown and Cage. All of her books are powerful as stand alone books, but even more powerful when read as a trilogy.
I highly recommend Ashley’s tarot and oracle card decks as well. Whispers of the Unsolved is a true crime oracle deck and is my absolute favorite! I also highly recommend her You Tube channel called The Reckoning Co. Her tarot readings are extremely accurate and very insightful.
5 stars, highly recommend!!!

Yet another wonderful book that Ashley has written so eloquently. This book acts as a guide and a mirror that helps the reader to take a deeper dive into the characters and life situations of the tarot. I love that the book can also be used as a divination tool in its own right, by simply asking a question and opening the book intuitively. The guidance and extra layers that this book offers are profound. Ashley puts her heart and soul into her work, which is clearly evident whether you are reading the book page by page or are being guided to a specific page to contemplate. The book itself is an oracle. Ashley’s work is authentic and this shines through. Wonderful book for navigating the tarot and experiences of life. The artwork on the cover is amazing and I love how this labyrinth depicts the experience(s) that the reader will intuitively encounter on this journey.

This book is for anyone from the beginner to the experienced interested in Tarot reading. I have been trying to learn Tarot for almost a year now and the books I have just give a description of each card to memorize. The Blueprint of Tarot is just that a blueprint, a map and a mirror. Ashley explains the meanings in way that can be remembered, interpreted and applied. It is more than just a book you read cover to cover, it is also an oracle and can be used hundreds of different ways forever. There is also an accompanying journal available today. I have ordered it as well. I highly recommend this book and the rest of the Blueprint series.

I really really like the perspective that this tarot guidebook is written in. It is well organized and well thought out. I love the author’s reverence for tarot as a spiritual tool that truly speaks to the soul. I really love the greater depth of the major and minor arcana meanings within the guidebook. It really helps me to understand the part of the journey that I am in and what my focus should be rather than trying to memorize meanings. I also really like that the guidebook can be used with or without pulling cards for journaling purposes for those moments where you need a soul reflection. I have been doing a lot of emotional work and there are days where I need clarity on where I’m headed and how I am changing. I tend to think in terms of my life as puzzle pieces to be able to organize what no longer serves me. Other times, I try to pretend my life is a set of acts in a play that I get to rearrange. It helps me to step outside of myself to gain a greater perspective. Ashley is an incredibly gifted individual and these books are exactly what is needed when working from the inside out to gain accountability as to where you are on the path. I also have many of the authors decks and books. The Shadow card decks really helped me to better reflect own my own shadow work in a gentle but truthful way. I would highly suggest any and all her products. They offer amazing insight and guidance on the path of self realization. This is one of those books you will go back to time and time again.

This isn’t your average tarot card explanations book — it feels alive, like it’s speaking directly to where you are in your own journey. The author shows how each card is a portal, not just a symbol, and how tarot can be used to understand your life in real time. I loved how it emphasizes honesty with yourself and recognizing patterns instead of memorizing keywords. The writing is beautiful and clear, and it made me want to slow down and actually sit with the cards in a deeper way. Reading this feels less like a manual and more like having a wise sage by your side. Honestly, if you’re curious about tarot as more than just fortune-telling, this book is a gem!

Brilliant. While most tarot guidebooks teach you the individual cards, their meanings, numerology and interpretation of images and illustrations, The Blueprint of tarot also outlines the journey and lessons of the tarot and reminds us that even the toughest cards provide valuable, insight giving lessons and that tension, conflict and discomfort are sometimes necessary for growth and clarity. Embodied and remarkably intuitive, this book gently asks the reader to step outside their comfort zone to see the blessings available in each of the cards on our journeys to completion. Beautifully written and engaging.

I suggest book one the blueprint as the mind is the roots into your body making the blueprint a stable foundation to build upon with the blueprint of tarot. This book is a great tool in your study of tarot, personal growth and a reflection of one’s reading. Most books on tarot give a general sense of each card and it’s meaning. I find the blueprint tarot teaches the meaning and FEELINGS behind a card, a way you can connect emotionally. Even if you read for someone else you are still helping possibly creating a positive spark within themselves to learn. The blueprint tarot gives you a personal connection into a reading of cards, a look into the archetypical mind of tarot representating different facets. An example like The Devil archetype represents the illusion of the material world and the appearance of evil but is more accurately the provider of catalyst for the growth of each person within this illusion. This is how the author gives you an anchor to knowing not just cards but tarot and beyond.

I’ve been following The Reckoning Co. on Instagram for a while for her tarot readings and ascension guidance, and her work has been such a gift. The Blueprint of Tarot is an incredible extension of that. The card interpretations are written makes you feel like you’re living the energy of the cards, not just studying them.
I also highly recommend her other book, The Blueprint, which helped me understand exactly where I was during and after a dark night of the soul and it gave me the guidance I needed for ascension after. Both books are must haves if you’re looking for clarity, empowerment, and spiritual growth.
