Labradorite is my very favorite stone, and I am an amateur collector of minerals/rocks/crystals. So when I saw this I had to check it out. I’ve had one other raw labradorite with one smooth face. This chunk is completely raw. It’s interesting how different the stone looks comparing dry to wet (see pictures). The dry stone is more gray with some shiny spots, but when I got it wet I could see the characteristic green-blue flashy spots that labradorite is known for. This is a nice sized piece for the price, though I’m no expert on values, I feel it is worth it. It’s a beautiful stone, no doubt about that, and I’m happy to add it to my collection!
