The Labradorite Wolf Crystal Statue we received looks nothing like the example in the listing on Amazon. What we got has zero shimmer, no glow, no sign of being labradorite at all. It’s doubtful that it *is* labradorite- it’s probably some way cheaper stone that the people who call themselves “Ytbeoxk” figured resembled labradorite enough to fool people, but that cost them nothing compared to the real thing. The object looks like a chunk of polished concrete. We weren’t expecting much for the price- certainly not grade A labradorite- but what we got wasn’t worth what we paid. It doesn’t look like labradorite at all, not even the lowest quality kind. And there is no expression, no essence, no presence to the figure. It looks like something you’d find on the shelf at the dollar store. The only bit of “quality” to it is that it isn’t made out of plastic. But it might as well be. Really regretting wasting money on this. (After seeing the published review, we realized the attached photos make this object look a LOT more visually interesting than it really is. The close up flash brought out aspects of whatever kind of rock this is that are totally absent when viewed under regular conditions. There is minor greenish speckle to the rock, but the striations and contrasts brought out by the flash are absolutely not there. Any random swatch chunk of countertop marble at the hardware store is immensely more visually engaging than this thing.)

I love Labradorite. I own a few pieces. I know it varies in color, and that not all of it is iridescent. The photo representation clearly shows a wolf that is mostly iridescent. I guessed that I wasn’t going to receive one like the photo, but the one I received is mostly light gray with a little bit of dark gray in it. There is not one single spec of iridescent stone in it. Of all of my Labradorite pieces, it is the least attractive by far, as the part of the stone used doesn’t even have the pretty pattern that is typical in the gray stone. It makes me wonder if it is genuine, but I do know that stone can vary considerably.
Bottom line, I don’t appreciate the misrepresentation in the example given. It is common for those buying Labradorite to want that iridescent part of the stone. I feel this company knew exactly what they were doing with their misleading advertising.
It is decent quality. It is a cute wolf. It gets two stars for that.
If you want a gray wolf, this is absolutely worth the money, in my opinion. I just cannot reward the such a glaring misrepresentation with more than two stars.

Vendor sent the wrong colour. Asked for a timely replacement as it was a gift, and they clearly did not understand my request. Product is okay but over priced. I would not repeat my purchase.
