The bags are a great size, small but roomy enough to hold a good amount of baking soda. The drawstring closure is nice and secure so the powder stays inside without spilling everywhere.

I got these so I could use them to add certain spices or things like onions or garlic I wanted to remove from the dish after cooking. They work great! The only thing I did not care for (and I’m not certain if it’s normal or not), but I decided to place them in boiling water to clean them before use and a lot of brownish color came out. I know they are unbleached, but what is the brown color? I liked the multiple sizes, and they could possibly reused as they are sturdy.
