UPDATE (FEB 9, 2024): I updated my review from 2 stars to 3 stars since the seller reached out to me and made a legitimate effort to resolve my concern. I have a feeling that the item I received just happened to be one of the bad apples and that the majority of the crystals will be fine. As I mentioned previously, my two oval crystals from the same seller were both very nice.
Headline says they are 4″ crystals. If you read the description it will give a little bit of allowance, like 3.7″ to 4″ and .9 to 1″. You can see in the pictures that mine doesn’t meet either of the minimum specs. Mine was only .75 inches and 3.5 inches and the color isn’t so great. It’s not terrible it’s just not really good either. All in all I was disappointed. I did order some oval crystals from this same seller, an amethyst and and opal one and they seem to be ok, so maybe I had bad luck with the crystal tower I was sent. I tried to search how to contact the seller to see if they would be able to do anything but I don’t see any way to contact them through Amazon.

I just started collecting crystals and bought 5 towers from this shop. I wouldn’t say they have the best clarity or anything, but luckily, I realized I’m very attracted to these imperfections.
My Amethyst might be a chevron amethyst with the white chevron at the bottom. But the best thing is, my amethyst has a heart. This is super awesome! An amethyst with a heart choose me to be it’s owner.
All 5 crystals have little chips on them. The obsolete and rose quartz tip are extra sharp because the tip chipped when they arrived, causing the edge to be a little sharper. There are a lot of little side chips too, but not major. The rainbow Fluorite might have the most dark/rocky imperfections.
But overall, these rocks are all lovely in its own way. I’m still happy with my purchase. I would recommend the shop protecting the tip a bit better during delivery.

Smaller than what’s pictured, but that’s expected. Everybody does it and it’s annoying but the amethyst is authentic and genuine and I am pleased with the purchase. I just wish the sellers would be as genuine as the stone.

They don’t sell you what they’re offering in the photos the Crystals look nothing like what they’re trying to sell you they’re very low quality and have hardly any purple at all.

Love it it’s a quartz it good for relaxation and good for reiki therapy. It came well pack and arrived on time.
