Writing a review is something I enjoy doing especially if it’s deserved. The description of this item stated, “Natural, genuine, real polished Peridot…”. I make jewelry for my own personal use and gifts for family. My granddaughter was born in August, so I wanted to make something she could cherish as she grows older. So I was so disappointed to receive the package and find the beads were plastic! I guess they think you won’t know the difference. Yes, they were the right color. But real stone is cold to the touch, these were hot, and just crystal clear. With reports of hard times ahead, of course I was looking for a great deal. Unfortunately, this time you really get what you pay for. Sorry, but being truthful is important so that others don’t get fooled. Truth? Smooth, round beads. I would post a picture, but not worth the trouble.
