Found so many Small Black Stones or Rocks mixed within the milk thistle seeds which was very disappointing. I have included a picture with the many I had dug out that had been mixed in with the milk Thistles in the package and pictures you can even see there were a couple more that I still needed to take out from within the milk thistles in the package….Its really disappointing because you have to worry about not being able to use this straight you have to go through and sift to get all these black things out.
When I have purchased Milk thistles from bulk stores I never had this issue, so I am not sure if this has something to do with how this company grows and harvests their Milk thistles but it makes me worried that if these black things are in there then their powdered Milk thistle has these black stone things ground up within their powdered versions… So I would be wary to buy anything powdered from them.
Thankfully I am able to see and dig these black things out but there are so many! if I had purchased the powdered form I would have never known.
Thankfully the Milk thistle seeds themselves are okay which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Not sure if all these other reviewers got black things in their milk thistles because there were so many great reviews which led me to purchase these but now I am disappointed that one has to dig out all these black things from within the milk thistle package and of course I am sure these also got included in the weight of the product as well so then did not essentially get the entire 8oz of actual milk thistles because there were so many of these stones!

I bought these raw milk thistle seeds to sprout for my two parakeets, and they’ve been excellent. The seeds are clean, fresh, and sprout well. I love that the ingredients are simple—just pure wildcrafted raw milk thistle seeds with nothing added.
My birds enjoy the sprouts, and I currently mix about 20 sprouted seeds into their daily food for my two parakeets, which has worked well for us. The seeds are easy to sprout and simple to incorporate into their regular diet.
The taste seems fresh and natural based on how eagerly my birds eat them. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects, and they’ve tolerated them very well.
The package offers great value for money since a little goes a long way, and the quality is excellent. If you’re looking for high-quality milk thistle seeds for sprouting, I would definitely recommend these.

There is not too much to say about it since milk thistle doesn’t have much of a taste. It does it’s job of detoxing the liver. The packaging is beautiful and the quality of the mill thistle is hard to beat. Seeds look fresh. I grind them in my coffee grinder and add to oatmeal and smoothies.

Fresh, strong aroma & flavor! All the seeds are clean & full of life. I have not run across a dry one yet or any indications of poor quality. I also have not had any labs to know if this is helping anything but I like to think that it is 🤣. I just put it in a coffee grinder, make a powder, and store in a container. I then just chew and swallow a tsp of powder and wash it down with water, or sprinkle it over food and eat. When I take it, I notice my urine smells stronger, so I assume it’s detoxing something lol. But I have not been consistent with taking it. Going to be consistent and get back to you in a month or so with an update. I do know that I probably have a sluggish liver due to poor habits and lifestyle choices from a high sugar, fatty diet. So I am trying to do better & live healier. Hopefully I will see some improvements I can share after consistent use.
