​I am very pleased with these VAHDAM Shatavari Capsules! I am currently taking only one capsule per day to be cautious regarding other medications and to promote longevity, rather than the full recommended dose.

While the changes I’m seeing are slow, minor, or temporary, I attribute this mostly to taking half the recommended amount. If you are a nursing mother wishing to take this for milk supply, please be advised that this supplement contains diatomaceous earth, which is not safe to consume while breastfeeding. A supplement that is marketed and meant for nursing moms should not have an ingredient that is unsafe for her baby.

The pills aren’t huge but they are on the bigger side. It’s a challenge to swallow though. They don’t stink either, which makes it even better with ingesting.
The only noticeable thing I’ve experienced while taking them is its easier to get bed at night. As far as having more energy, I am already energetic. So if it does me more, it’s not noticeable. I will continue to take them bc they do help with my cortisol level (hence why I get to bed quicker).
I would suggest anyone to give these a try so they can see if they receive the same quality of effectiveness like me or more.

Bottom line: The quality of these herbal shatavari capsules is really good. My health is important to me and one of the first things I look for in a supplement is to be sure it has clean ingredients which this one does. I also like that it has both the whole herb and the extract. Extracts are stronger because of being concentrated but regardless of what is used to extract the main phytochemicals/minerals/etc of the plants, there are always some things that don’t get extracted. Having the whole herb (alongside the extract) provides all of those things. Most herbal supplements only contain one or the other, not both. These capsules are a great choice for trying out shatavari.

In the time that I have been using these, I have noticed no averse effects at all. They are easy to take and I have had no problems digesting them, which is a big deal for me with supplements. I also feel like the effects of my PMDD are not as intense, so that alone makes these worth trying in my opinion.
