I was having a hard time sleeping during my last pregnancy and this is what my doctor recommended. Very tiny pills which made me happy since I can’t handle big pills. There is no taste. The first time it took awhile to take effect but then I took it day 2-3 and WOW I learned not to take it needing to wake up for mom duties. It knocked me out and I woke up drowsy.

started using Unisom SleepTabs on nights when my mind wouldn’t shut off or after rough travel days. One tablet about 30 minutes before bed usually helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. It’s straightforward — no weird taste since I swallow it with water, and the small size is easy to take.
The next morning I feel rested without that heavy hangover some other sleep aids leave. It’s been reliable for occasional use when I really need to reset my sleep.

This is a holy grail. It has helped me. If I don’t take it, I wake up throwing up. If I take this before bed, I sleep through the night & I have minimal sickness throughout the next day. 10/10 recommend.
EDIT: DO NOT TAKE THIS. It is not worth it. They don’t advertise but this product is highly addictive. I’m pregnant and took it for 4 weeks and now, I’m trying to get off it & it is causing me to vomit profusely and way more than before I took this. I’m going to try to wean myself off this drug but I wish I would’ve just toughed it out.

A friend of mine used to take this every night.
I have awful insomnia so I thought I’d try it. Presently, I take 400 mg of Gabapentin which my doc thought should help me sleep but no. So as needs I take 1/2 tablet and it helps me sleep all night. My daughter thinks it’s because it intensifies the Gabapentin and vice versa and said to me careful.
Personally if I can sleep through the night, I’m a happy camper. The 1/2 tablet works well for now maybe a full tablet strength may be needed in the future. There is no scent and since I break it in 1/2, yiu need to put it at the back of the throat and drink right away to avoid the awful pill taste.
It me sleep for 6-8 hrs which is a plus and the cost is minor. It’s a win for me.
