I’m spiritual not religious –
As stated it seems to help increase muscle strength and health flow when held in hand. It is not very sheer so it not helpful for a see through bedroom garment – that was one of the feature questions that I chose not to answer.
It is small enough for most hands and has enough mass to help most people. polished smooth finish.
Comforting to hold for most people.

Really nice shine and wait could be a little bit bigger than it actually is although the measurements given are absolutely correct I find the metal balls always look bigger than they are. There’s nothing more calming than having a pair of cool balls in your hand when you’re stressed.
