Wasn’t expecting “ultra-fine” jewelry at the low price – and this isn’t “put it in the vault” stuff – but is IS fun and PRETTY!
The abalone in mine is a little paler/than the vivid blue/green pictured – but it still has that lovely abalone characteristic depth and sheen. As a natural seashell product – variations ARE expected!
Part of the beauty of this nice “shiny object” is – you CAN wear it at the beach if you want to – guilt free. Take it on vacation – if it gets lost – sad yes – but not tragic. KEEP the memories of the excellent time you had while wearing it – no tears over losing grandma’s solid gold chains.
The chain seems pretty sturdy and looks pretty good … Honestly though, I think I’ll like the look of the … “traditionally built” turtle a little better on something more casual and substantial. Maybe I’ll substitute a leather or “cord” type choker instead. It’s not hard to swap necklaces with the pretty roomy “ring” the turtle hangs by. Save the dainty chain to use with some new “layered look” combo just plain as is – or add some more petite pendant on a whim.
TRULY I’ve gotten the FULL VALUE (and MORE) out of this beautiful Sea Turtle ALREADY – just wearing it around the house on a below zero wind chill, SNOWY day, and SMILING to myself – thinking about tropical beaches!

This is a beautiful necklace. It is better looking in person than in the photos near the top of the page. It gleams more. I love the colors of the turtle shell. I ordered the blue option. It has a hint of green in the shell color. The chain is dainty. The clasp is a bit tricky to fasten, because even the extension part is small. The pendant can be removed from the chain, so you have the option of wearing the chain without the turtle pendant, or wearing the pendant on a different chain from your collection. The chain length adjusts from about 16 inches to 18 inches. The turtle pendant adds about an inch.

This turtle pendant necklace is beautiful. The material of both the necklace and the pendant is very good quality. The turtle is well made and looks very pretty when worn. The color is like a green resin with sparkles, which makes it look gorgeous.
The chain has small beads and comes with a lobster clasp. It has a great size and looks elegant and expensive. It has a good price and arrived very fast and well packaged, ready to give as a gift.
