I ordered necklace on 7/30 and it was delivered 8/22. Have not been able to determine on tarnish resistance but I wore it yesterday and today, and has not tarnished. The stones are beautiful and their size is cute for people who like minimilistic. The chain is of good length and comfortable. I do believe it is value for its money, especially for an inexpensive chain.
