I’m really impressed with the quality of this Tree of Life dream suncatcher. It’s breathtaking and features an amazingly detailed tree of life as the centerpiece in a beautiful shade of green agate. The detailed beadwork surrounding the tree matches it perfectly. Each of the five strands of gems contains an evil eye for protection, along with various baubles that catch the sunlight and radiate light across the room.
The dreamcatcher is well-constructed; the base ring is sturdy, and the gems are securely attached with copper-colored wire. It contains a lot of beads and stones, so it’s actually pretty heavy for a dreamcatcher. It looks as though it was handmade. I don’t think the pictures do it justice—it’s truly beautiful and would make a fabulous gift for crystal collectors. I was honestly not expecting it to be this big or detailed for under $30.

The “Tree of Life Dream Catcher and Sun Catcher” is a decorative boho ornament designed to be hung in windows or on walls. It combines spiritual symbolism with practical design to filter negative energy at night and project rainbow refractions during the day.
This versatile piece blends multiple design elements and traditional functions:
The Tree of Life Symbol: Hand-woven using wire and natural, green healing crystals, the Tree of Life represents harmony, growth, balance, and deep grounding.
Dream Catcher Function: The traditional ring structure is believed in many Indigenous cultures to filter out nightmares and allow only positive dreams to pass through.
Sun Catcher Function: Hanging crystal prisms are attached to the bottom of the piece. When hit by natural sunlight, the crystal facets act as a “rainbow maker,” refracting vibrant colors into your living space.
Aesthetic Appeal: The bohemian (“boho”) style uses natural elements, earthy green tones, and sometimes soft feathers or tassels.
Housewarming & Gifting: Due to its spiritual symbolism and decorative versatility, it is often given as a thoughtful, uplifting gift for new homes or special occasions

This is a really beautiful piece, especially for the price considering all of the detailed beadwork and handmade elements. The colors are gorgeous, and I love the overall design. It’s going to look so pretty hanging near my plants in a sunny window catching the light.
It doesn’t look cheap at all, but when you look closer or handle it, you can tell some of the beads and details are more basic materials/plastic rather than higher-end stones or crystal. One of the agates hanging from the bottom also has a small crack, although it honestly looks more like a natural fissure in the stone than damage.
Overall, I still think it’s a lovely decorative piece with a lot of charm and a very reasonable price for the amount of handwork involved.

This is the most unusual “tree of life“ rendering I’ve ever seen. Typically, that imagery is treated with more organic materials – stained glass, fabric, embroidery, etc., and it’s usually done in the colors of nature.
This piece renders the image in black and clearglass beads, crystals, and pieces of agate. It is surprisingly effective. It’s a little bit Las Vegas; a little bit Boho; and a little bit mystical. The photograph used in the advertisement, frankly, doesn’t do it justice. If this were hung in a window, you would get the full effect of its sparkly presence.
The tree itself is made with black beads, and the trunk is copper wire. The copper wires are wrapped around a large crystal, indicating the Earth. Hanging down from the circle are pendants made of beads and polished pieces of stone, it seems; and lovely slices of agate are at the bottom.
It may not be to everyone’s taste. But I’ve never seen anything like it, and it’s growing on me as a bold and playful piece.

This dream/sun catcher really confuses me…
Most of the catcher is high quality and must have taken much time to do, specifically the green agate tree and the metal twisting. It’s big and complex. There’s a beautiful stone encased in twisted metal at the root of the tree. It’s great craftsmanship!
Then some random odd pieces that look really cheap are thrown in that don’t match that quality of craftsmanship at all. The gold hanging chain looks cheap and gaudy. As much as I love evil eyes, the ones used here are surrounded by the same cheap gold in a design. The little butterflies look like they’re from a child’s beading set for making bracelets.
The mix of quality is just strange and makes it look unsettling. I might just use my jewelry making tools and take out the pieces that don’t match the good quality, and then change out the hanging chain. As is, I would never hang this in my house because it does draw the eye to it’s beauty, then upon closer inspection, it’s unappealing.
With the changes that I will probably make to this catcher, then it will be worth the price.

This is a really beautiful piece with great potential. The design is fun and eye-catching, and it works well as both a dream catcher and sun catcher—when the light hits it, it adds a nice boho touch to the space.
Unfortunately, mine arrived broken, which was disappointing. The hanging chain was also off-center, so I tried to adjust it as much as I could, but it still hangs a bit lopsided. It’s still usable and looks nice from a distance, but it doesn’t quite have that balanced look I was hoping for.
Overall, it’s a lovely decorative piece with a lot of charm, but I wish it had arrived intact and better balanced.
