If you cannot poop when you travel, bring these, and have a single tea on the first night, will save you the rest of the trip. Absolute life hack. And yes it does work better then just peppermint tea (tried that).

Helps if you’re constipated and works within 12 to 24 hours. It’s a lot more natural and better than using miralax or other medications for constipation.

Works well for me. I think this works depends on your body’s digestion. I feel the urge 8 hours after drinking the tea. I have to add honey and lemon to make it taste better 🍯🍋☕️

The tea works, but the taste is quite strong and can be a bit harsh. It does help with occasional constipation, though the effects can sometimes be unpredictable. Decent, but not my favorite.

I’ve bought this tea for years and it definitely works great. If you’re dealing with digestive issues, I’d definitely tell you to buy this, if not, I’d steer clear from it lol. The tea tastes ok if you like tea. The smell is nice.

the flovor is not that great for me, but its not terrible so I add a regular tea bag to it. works as indented. make sure that you let it steep for 5-10 min before drinking. I do not cramp, I drink at night and is able to use the restroom in am. It doesnt keep you from going out the house once you go initially. I have often drank it in the am with my morning meds and was able to go once i got off from an 8 hour shift
