All in all it has great information for the mind and body. My favorite parts are the recipes for food, tea’s and bath bombs.

This book feels like a warm reminder to take care of yourself. The author shares easy ideas that mix a little magic with everyday self care. It is not heavy or complicated, but soft and supportive. I liked how it focuses on calming the mind and spirit while also giving space to nurture the body. It is a peaceful guide that makes self care feel kind and possible.

I had high hopes due to the reviews but this book of filled with rituals , and not much of how exactly to self care or what things to incorporate or how to incorporate all it talks about is rituals and journaling . Very boring

Overall, I love this book. It is so beautifully designed and well-written, even for a beginner like me. It covers so many different topics like meditations, spells, altars, etc. all while relating back to self-care. I find the tips in here very useful and versatile.
Before I bought this book, I saw some people complaining that it came damaged so I knew what to expect. Luckily there is only one small cut in the back of the binding as you can see in the 2nd pic. This is not an issue to me and does not deserve a bad review for this reason. The box it came in was pretty thin and a bit bumped on the edges, so I am assuming the delivery drivers tossed it around too rough. It is no big deal to me, but it might be to others so I wanted to share.

There are very easy methods of self care whether you are a witch or not. None of the suggestions are expensive or time consuming, which is what self care should be.
