I often have difficulty falling asleep. I’ve tried lots of things. Diphenhydramine, melatonin and chamomile tea mostly. But they only work for a few nights and then they quit working. I used this tea at bedtime and was very sleepy within a few minutes. I didn’t even finish the cup. Has a very good flavor too. Love the tin it comes it.

I have been having trouble sleeping of late, a colleague recommended drinking tea at night. I stumbled upon this gem and gave it a try. This specific tea bag has valerian root that is known to help with relaxation and sleep. Smelling the tea already has a relaxing effect on you. The taste is very pleasant-minty. I have only been drinking this for 5 days and I must say it does have an effect with my sleeping. After drinking this tea, my brain seems to wind down and signal the rest of my body it’s time for rest. So i guess it is helping. I do want to improve the quality of my sleep so i will keep drinking this tea.

This tea tasted good, but didn’t make me sleepy.

Pleasantly surprised! I’ve only used it 3 nights now, but it appears to work well, at least for me. My first night, 1/2 cup in as I was writing an email, I realized I couldn’t keep my eyes open. Same the next two nights – about half an hour after drinking the entire cup. I’ve struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep for years. I have tried ashwagandha, chamomile tea, sour cherry juice, bananas, milk, turkey, melatonin, multiple sleep formulas, Tylenol PM, exercise, laying off tech, Benadryl… I can’t take a sleep Rx because of sleep apnea and don’t want to use the off-purpose antidepressants like Trazadone or Doxepin. It’s been a struggle. The specific combination of ingredients in this tea seems to do the trick – for me, at least – to fall asleep. Now to figure out how to stay asleep!

I am a 61 year-old male and I have been using this tea for over a year to help me sleep. I take it in combination with Magnesium. Before I started taking it, I would wake up multiple times a night. That is not happening anymore. Many times to achieve this kind of sleep, you either have to take a pill or sacrifice taste. The taste is amazing. I have never been a tea drinker, but you will find me every night in my recliner with a mug of this tea in my hands.

Although coffee is my first love, I do enjoy a cup of tea frequently. And as one who struggles with sleep, I was eager to try anything named “Get Some ZZZs”. This tea is delicious, especially with a little honey and lemon. I’ve given it as a gift – with a tea mug – several times, and continue to hear about its benefits. I can’t promise that it does actually help with sleep, but it certainly doesn’t impede it as coffee would, and does seem to have some sort of properties that help with relaxation. If you’re a tea drinker, I’d definitely recommend trying it.
