She writes with great candour and common sense and offers a wealth of information and advice to those interested in developing their Reiki and psychic abilities. In particular, her techniques for cleansing and protecting the body’s energies are helpful, and her tone is very reassuring and down-to-earth. The early days of your Reiki journey can be a bit daunting.
Reading this book, I found a number of important points, to look after self while you work with others.
As the experiences grow, more understanding and the things to look out for – I found invaluable in my reference library.
I also bought on Audible, to listed to her voice and the nuances of care, which was an obvious level of genuine care and imparting of knowledge.

This is that rare book that you just know the author knew what emotions being a new Reiki Master brings up. I was ready to move on from Reiki because there was so much more to it for me than just learning the signs, and practice, practice, practice. The Art of Psychic Reiki is well written for either the beginner or Reiki Master who may have so many unanswered questions. There are dozens of Reiki books on the market, trust me I know, but none of them begin to teach about the psychic end of it. After finishing the book, I definitely feel it should be taught with all the other lineage Reiki Courses that are out there. It will be required of all my future Reiki Students and classes I teach.

I love this book. Lisa Campion is awesome at explaining complex topics in easy to understand language. Often with “new age” books you have to already have a background in the healing arts to really follow & understand. This book is for everyone. As a healer in the field I love this book! Also it’s a book I am recommending to my friends and clients because her delivery is so supportive and inclusive for people at any level of knowledge. she writes like a girlfriend sharing information over coffee she really keeps mindful of the comfort level of the reader, their is a fine line of being too “new age” or too “out their” that alienates my friends and clients and makes them uncomfortable. Lisa is so careful not to cross that line. I love that! I share her philosophy that everyone has psychic abilities and everyone can benefit from learning reiki. No need to make reiki and psychic development overly complicated and exclusive. Finally a great book that supports everyone! BRAVO!

It was like my guides brought me to this book because it was the easiest way for me to understand what they’re saying to me!
I didn’t have my empath awakening until well into my 40’s, at the end of a 28 year military career. I wasn’t really sure about what had been going on prior to my 40’s but my militant lifestyle didn’t exactly accommodate the exploration of it. Experiences that I couldn’t explain away and on one occation, saved my life. A career ending spinal injury and an appointment at an acupuncturists clinic, seeking relief from endless pain that the pills only made worse, my awakening began. Under the watchful eye of woman, who possesses the wisdom of the Ancients, my awakening unfurled beneath the electrified needles covering me, fighting to keep me out of a wheelchair at 46.
A year later, after two weekly treatments of needles every week, the cane was only used for really long walks, wheelchair averted, the cumulative information I had learned from my acupuncturist had me in a emotionally and physically stable place so I started learning about what I’d been experiencing. I received my first Reiki attunment… and the flood doors opened!! Observations about people I never noticed before, feelings I was experiencing in different situations and noticing that people had a hue to them. Some people seem visibly lighter, some visibly dimmer. Some people would bare their souls to me after a polite comment was exchanged waiting in line at the grocery store, complete strangers. Some people ‘s presence would be so overwhelming, my ears would hum. Some really foundation jarring stuff!! Thanks to my support, I’m embracing my experiences and grateful for them. The problem was that I wasn’t exactly sure what to do with it.
Then I found this book… and it was written just for me. Almost every single thing I’m reading applies to what I’m experiencing! I’m not going crazy! I was cautioned that a Reiki attunement could open doors. No kidding!!
If you’re reading this, and can relate, this book has solid information that feels right. I rarely feel that about books like this, some aspects are shaky. Not this one. Do yourself a favor and and get those questions you answered. They’re here.
