It is such a lovely bracelet. I measured and it was more like 7.25 inches but it still went around my wrist, albeit a little looser than I would have preferred.
It is so sparkly and I am not one to wear jewelry like this but I have an event coming up I need to dress up for, and the dress I have has hints of navy so this will be the perfect little piece to go with it.
My daughters birthday is in September, her birthstone is Sapphire and she’s far too young right now but this is the exact type of thing a girly girl would love to get passed down from her mom. And since I probably wont wear it too often, it will last for the few years until she’s old enough to be able to wear it. She still has recess…I’m not letting her wear this to recess.
I haven’t worn it more than just in my house, I don’t normally go many places I need to dress up for (I am a stay at home mom, I go to the grocery store and school pick up lane) but I saw this and with my upcoming dress up night that I was a little too nervous about, I was thrilled to see this bracelet. I hope I have more things like that come up so I have more reasons to be fancy. Its just not practical for me to wear it more often.
I feel like its going to make me feel really special, like I’ve doted on myself for the first time in ages. I’m not sure I would have ever spent money on this for myself, I sure would have for my daughter or sister. My husband though, he would have bought this for me for the same reason I said. To feel special on this one night (he’s getting an award) and remember that I am more than just a mom, just a wife, that I am also a woman who still feels like a girl who loves to feel pretty when I go out.
I would tell a friend to buy this for themselves, that its worth $26 to buy something nice for herself.
