I have been taking this product for the past couple of months and have not experienced any negative side effects. I take this mainly to help with elimination and to keep everything clean internally. And so far I am pleased with the results. This is a good maintenance tool for the body as it contains various helpful herbs and minerals. And the price on Amazon for this supplement is very reasonable(I purchased 1 bottle with 250 tablets for just over seven bucks).

I like taking alfalfa and it is helpful. However these tablets are hard to swallow. I can usually swallow 2-4 capsules at once, but these tablets are dry and tend to stick in my throat. The price is good though, but I will try the capsules instead.

If you aren’t familiar with Body Brushing, check it out. I am 54, and recently learned about Body Brushing. The Alfalfa supplements nourish the skin, and that combined with Body Brushing tone and tighten the skin like a girdle. It really helps with varicose veins. “It’s dehydrated alfalfa in tablet form. When opening the bottle the first few times, a little alfalfa “dust” may fly up, but the tablets do not crumble. The dust is apparently in with the tablets as the machine fills the bottle. All tablets I’ve taken and seen in the bottle are complete, whole tablets. (On a trip, my luggage was jumbled upside down. I got dust from the bottle opening that, too, but again, no crumbled tablets.)
